Turned up for dinner on the 4th October only to be told their was no food and my reservation had been cancelled. No email, text or phone call to let me know. Very poor don't go there if you're hungry. The bistro next door is a far better option.
Very welcoming, especially for a woman alone. Food excellent.
Very comfortable dining room with a bar. Good food. A pleasant place to visit with friends.
Ok beer I had was was a bit crap
Great service from Jan, we came back here just stopping by as we travelled to Scotland as it was the first stop from last year's walking holiday
Three of us went in and had great food lunchtime. The small fish and chips was fantastic - thin crispy batter and home made chips. Staff very friendly too

If your not a local your not welcome. The staff treat you differently and charge you differently depending if your a local or visiting.
