Got accused of stealing 2 quid's worth of crisps after shopping here for well over 10 years!Guard clearly saw me paying for my items too. Don't appreciate being made a fool of over a couple bag of crisps!
Not a good Asda. 8pm on a Friday and no actual checkouts open. Told not enough staff. Not good enough esp if doing a larger shop. When you do go trolly self check out there is a staff member holding all the bags. So you need to wait to ask for one. Apparently people steal them. Staff member claimed it's Asda policy. The world food section at the back of the store provides great value on some brilliant products. Fruit and veg tends to be quite limited though and prices on promotions don’t always work out in practice - keep your eyes peeled. Staff have done nothing to help me out other than remove the promotion stickers AFTER I’ve raised it, rather than honouring the price given.
