Despite the menu on their website STILL mentioning french fries, CHIX now only serves waffle fries. It's unclear whether other expected menu items have vanished.The fried chicken tasted good but lacked the crunch you'd expect from fried chicken - it was also more oily than expected. Juicy fried chicken on a brioche bun with sauce that adds a good hint of flavor. Pickles were cut too thick for my liking. No fries included with the burger. I would like it if it was 2£ more expensive and came with fries and if the bun was a bit tasted on the inside. Overall nice place to grab a

The best fried chicken (thigh) sandwich in Edinburgh. Obviously not chicken breast so confused about the prior reviews of "pink" chicken.The slaw and sauces are also top notch, big fan of the wild garlic and Cali gold.
