I was there very early at about 7ish on 5.10.2023 and there was only one staff serving, the staff was great, he was running off his feet and yet he kept smiling and so polite. There was an edlerly customer and the staff took the drink to the elderly lady's table even though he was busy and ask the lady to take a seat and even grab her the sugar from the stand. Afterwards he rushed back behind the counter to service the rest in the queue and all the customers in the queue were so understanding. THAT is what i called first class customer service!

Got my order wrong at first (wrong milk) but the staff were more than happy to change my drink right away and even gave my 10 year old a mini muffin bag cause of the wait (free of charge)

Surprisingly lovely, clean, bright Costa on the corner. Initially ordered a drink that was too sweet for me and they made me a different one free of charge. The staff is really friendly and worked hard to provide fast service and a clean environment. No music playing and strong wifi, so was an excellent place to do some work/ studying!

I enjoyed the seats by the comfy windows, but really didn't like having a screen next to me, flashing away advertising what was on offer. They didn't have the sandwich my vegan friend wanted - it was after lunchtime - so he just watched me drink my tea!
We moving in our new home and going through process off moving out and renovating new place which is not fully ready yet and went to Costa coffee Morningside Twice that week. The baristas don't know what they are doing nor do they seem like they know the difference between coffee types.Both time mistaken my order i was seating and yet served me with take away cup.Order Cheese and tomato toasty for my girl served in pack instead plate.No apologies and staff just joking with each other.First visit i ignored I thought may be not my order understand but after 2 days same service .My 10 years old felt a lot and said Mom may be our skin.

Be careful when you go to this shop, they had lost of covid positive cases and close contact , but they were still open and lost of customer were inside however they should not allowed to go in.
