I absolutely love seafood but had never bought things directly from a fishmonger before, worried I wouldn't know what to do. Just on a whim, got 1 kg of mussels for￡5.82, enough for 2 meals, so juicy and meaty and miles better than frozen packs from tesco or even restaurants! All I did was Google white wine mussels and it was pretty quick, simple, and so amazingly delicious! Mind you I have never attempted this prior to today and am more than very pleasantly surprised! Friendly service with good always fresh fish. What more do you need. Better than supermarket fish any day (not just Friday). Shut Monday which is a good sign that commitment to freshness is taken seriously.
