Did a search for restaurants near to where we we staying outside Edinburgh centre. Reviews for Dantes looked favourable and was not too far away. Booked a table for our wedding anniversary and arrived earlier than booked time (thank you bolt driver) but wasn't a problem. Lovely Italian restaurant in the outskirts of Edinburgh. We were staying about 20 mins away be foot and it was well worth the walk. The place is situated in a lovely small village centre with other places to eat and drink too by the looks of things. I found the staff warm, friendly and attentive. I loved the place, was easy making a booking and all the staff was amazing and welcoming. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and will recommend this place to anyone was is looking to take their partner out for a meal. The atmosphere was excellent and will be back to take my partner again for a date night.
