We booked the tasting menu for a family celebration dinner (party of 7) in Nov '23.This was one of the best dining experiences we have had. The food was everything we expected and more. Great quality, great tastes and just the right portion sizes. I booked Fhior recently to celebrate an occasion and I can safely say this was one of the best food experience we've had in Edinburgh. We went for the 4-course set lunch menu and it exceeded our expectations. I was initially slightly skeptical about the deer course, since I normally wouldn't have any meat that isn't well done, but it was simply delicious. We had the 7 course dinner at Fhior when we were in town and thought it was wonderful. The service was absolutely perfect, from the staff serving the food to the sommelier. The food was interesting, different, and really good. The decor was upscale but comfortable, and we loved the funny artwork on the walls. We would definitely return in another season to have another taste.
