Food is good but all staff besides front counter staff are rude and unfriendly, pick up counter also ignores customers when called for.EDIT: Since restaffing I’ve had nothing but consistent top quality service. Changing from 3 to 5 starsEDIT: They were stingy on the fries multiple times, 4 stars. And why is there a straw for milkshakes with pieces if its just going to get clogged up the first sip you take.
Good burgers for the area, usual five guys quality The service is fast and efficient staff smile. Seating area clean and tidy along with the juice area. Can not really fault the fives guys experience just the price really which a little too high in my opinion.

Exceptionally busy at 8pm on a Friday night (really to be expected), quick to get order in, then a long wait for the food to come out. The burger was good. Was it worth the extra cost compared to a micky d's or Burger King? I'm going to say no. Nobody cleaning the tables but the customers did seem a lot more on top about doing this themselves. Maybe that's what you are paying for?
