Came to visit the Froth and Flame, brought my kids and my family up to Edinburgh for my eldest daughters 4th birthday. Stayed at the Leonardo across the road and decided to booked in advance and made a special request if it was possible for a birthday cake for my eldest ( as I couldn't find a way of hiding it from my small ones). We saw the great reviews online and were definitely intrigued. For starters we had halloumi and the carozza, which were okay. It wasn’t an easy task to choose between the different pizzas but in the end, we chose for the (award winning) I Sapori Della Terra and the Pompei. Both of them didn’t disappoint to say the least. First night in Edinburgh and ate here. I had the chicken stuffed with Haggis and whiskey & peppercorn gravy was delicious! My husband loved his fish and chips. He also had a trio flight of beers which he enjoyed. Our Spanish waiter was so great and told us his favorite whiskey which was the first whiskey I ever liked! A great first night!
