Had the most amazing meal! Staff were so welcoming & friendly. Service impeccable. Ambiance delightful The homemade bread & artisan butter was a delicious indicator for the rest of the meal. A duck and orange salad starter titillated my tastebuds - followed by pork loin with the smoothest carrot purée & mash potato (I declined the savoy cabbage!) Have booked for a return visit!! A wonderful birthday luncheon

A hidden gem in Edinburgh!!! This restaurant was a superb find, excellent food with great helpful staff. Really great ambience and decor. The food was really outstanding and you can tell the chef takes pride and cooks with love for the customers who visit. Fantastic value for Money! Michael’s was a hit and if you visit this city, this restaurant is sure to delight.
