Perfect hot chocolate! Little bit dark and fruity ❤️ great combination with ice

We were early here during the day hence didn’t have to wait for long. Cute setup and delicious creams. I tasted coffee single scoop and loved it.

Cant recommend the place enough! The ice cream is truly wonderful - such delicious and creative flavours, and also great vegan options too. Service is always super, you often have to queue outside so staff must be super busy but they’re great. Such a cute little place, I ensure to bring everyone who visits Edinburgh here - it’s a tourist hotspot for a reason!!Dietary restrictions: Good vegan options (for those who have to avoid dairy).

gelato was good, somewhat unfriendly even after buying gelato. the high ratings mostly come from the decor.

Ever since I came back from Milan, I've been searching for good gelato in the States and whenever I travel. This is it. I had the pistachio and dark chocolate. Amazing! Will be back tomorrow.

This was the worst experience I’ve had in my trip to Edinburgh. Staff is extremely unfriendly and were aggressive during my entire visit. The atmosphere is awful and not a friendly place to enjoy your desserts. They did not allow us to sample their ice cream and I still made the poor choice of trying a simple vanilla flavor. It was truly an awful experience and I hope no one has to deal with that. If you want a much better experience then this I suggest you walk an extra 100 ft to Sofi’s which was so much better than this.

Ppl were not nice. Refused to give a second sample to my friend. Carmel ice cream was pretty good tho.

Horrible brat of a cashier lady. Mid ice cream. Wish i go back and get my money back. The workers are extremely ugly/greasy. I swear i tasted sweat in my ice cream. Overpriced too.
The best ice cream I've ever had!! It's my first time trying their ice cream and impressed with the texture and taste. My personal favourite is the salted caramel flavour. It's not too sweet, just perfect! ?Despite the cold and gloomy weather in Edinburgh, this is a must visit when you come to this city. The staff is a plus point, they're very nice ✨

The most peculiar selection of flavors ?Cozy little spot, friendly staff, stunning views to the castle.. But the flavors.. the flavors are so subtle..barely recognizable hints of the ingredients.. They got all - natural approach which sometimes explains the situation.. but it just feels like hearing an echo of your favorite song and not being able to turn the volume up.. enjoying most combinations but always left craving more intensity..Yet, every time Mary shares a posts with new flavors.. my curiosity lures me back to test my luck..I did have better experience with their chocolate bars, Persian Delight was my solid favorite..though haven’t seen it for quite a while.I would definitely recommend their hot chocolate. They use chocolate chips so it’s reach in flavor and has a perfect texture. Add a scoop of chocolate ice cream to take it to the next level ✨Tip: if you really want to try a specific flavor check the board or ask the staff if they still have it before joining the queue. In the late afternoon and early evening the selection tends to be limited as they sell out pretty quickly.Vegetarian options: Vegan options are always offered in the menu

While they're more famous for their ice creams, I actually liked their hot chocolate more than the ice creams

Good service. They let you try the ice cream if you don't know the flavor. The flavor menu is small and varies daily. ASK FOR THE PISTACHIO ONE, PLEASE.One of the waitresses from “Tortilla Edinburgh Forrest Road” recommended us to come. If you're looking for a place to eat, go ahead!
