We stopped for lunch before visiting the castleA very pleasant place with a beautiful view of Edinburgh Castle.We had hamburgers for the kids with fries, Caesar bagels and Macaroni cheese for us. The service was perfect, the welcome was pleasant, we ate very well, good value for money for the geographical location (bottom of Victoria Street, at the foot of the castle) there is everything to taste, bagel, omelette, salad, pasta ... The best thing for this cafe is its location. The view is superb. It's so fabulous to see the Edinburgh Castle ? while eating breakfast or having coffee. We tried their breakfast twice while we were in Edinburgh. I cannot say it's great but it's ok. We chose it because it is halal. In my opinion they need a professional barista and coffee machine though.

We went twice with my daughter while in Edinburgh last February. Delicious food, friendly service, cozy atmosphere and a superb view of the castle. Had an amazing breakfast for a great price. Highly recommended! ☺️
