Ordered it tonight ate three slices was like okay not 20£ worth for sure. Then the dreaded hair…..im a ginger and live alone sooo a brown hair on a pizza well i know that didnt come from me, accidents happen but how could someone not see it,
Atrocious customer service. Ordered a delivery, which didn't get delivered yet it was marked as delivered. I phoned them up and got told by the incredibly rude manager that the driver supposedly couldn't deliver it and that they phoned (which they never).They then refused to reattempt delivery and refused a refund, so I have effectively been robbed by Papa John's. Don't get a delivery.

I had an extremely disappointing encounter with the customer service at this store.The behavior of the manager was appalling and disrespectful.While placing my order, he started screaming at me. When I requested to speak to another staff member, he arrogantly replied that he was the manager and continued to raise his voice, insisting that I leave. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.
