We have stayed at a few Premier Inns and so far not had any bad experience at any, rooms are adequate, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean, we had the meal deal added, all you can eat breakfast and a 2 coarse evening meal with a drink.Rooms: Adequate rooms, free WiFi, comfortable bed and clean bathroomWalkability: Bus stop 200 metres from the hotel and buses to take you into EDINBURGHFood & drinks: Connected to Beefeater restaurant, nice friendly staff day and night...read full review
My partner and I have stayed in numerous Premier Inns across England but the customer service we have received at this branch on our first visit to Scotland has been by far the best! The lady on reception, Sam, couldn’t have been more attentive! We required her assistance on several occasions during our stay and she couldn’t of done more for us and she did it with a smile on her face! First time I've stayed at this Premier Inn. I certainly enjoyed it and it will be my go-to if I'm visiting my daughter. Also good price and excellent food and service at the Beefeater next door.Rooms: Excellent room clean comfortable and enough charging points, plenty of channels to choose from which is unusual in a hotel. Quiet and accommodating.
