Worst subway ever visited. Person assembling sub poured whole pouch of salt at one place. Person on till didn’t understand the deal and charged me £8 instead of £3.99 and whole place is so dirty. Don’t know how they were even authorised to be a food place.

Theres a new way to Subway... Dont. Charging through the nose for a cheap sandwich with fillings which are processed and oftentimes dried out or soggy then smashed together in a rubbishy cut and folded sub so that none of the fillings are layered and half of them end up out the bread. Clearly the staff don't care, the brand doesn't do quality control, and the company are hollow and greedy. At time of purchase the sub, if you can call it that, shown in the picture, cost over 7 quid with a drink.... for a cheap badly made sandwich that was almost inedible. This brand used to be good, but frankly I'd never go back now. And don't even bother with delivery... if that's how they look out the shop van you imagine what they're like an hour late and stuffed in a delivery bag with ten other items? No thanks. The only thing good about subway is the sealed ben and Jerry's and the bottled drinks... because subway had nothing to do with them, and they still rip you off with prices.

Tried to enter the shop at 6.10 this evening but doors were locked. Closing time on the door said 7 and I double checked online - also stated 7. Tried the door again. Could see one guy in the back who could also see me. He walked through to the front and i assumed he was going to come to the door but he stopped behind the till. He appeared to be cleaning everything away. No sign on the door to explain why it was locked and no attempt from the guy working there to explain why it was closed. I could make assumptions as to why but it would make more sense that they at least explain it instead of eyeballing customers trying to enter during opening hours without explanation. Strange experience. Avoid.

Waited 2 hours on an order, phoned them to be met with someone who was unbelievably rude over talking saying I had received it, then spoken to another person on the phone who just cancelled the order. Useless ?

They’ve lost my order. The delivery driver was hanging around but never found my house. Instead of ringing me,marked it as delivered. Called the restaurant and a clueless man with none of very poor English said the food was on the way even tho I hadn’t even given my order number,then he said was never collected (but I saw the delivery guy on the map around my house) then he didn’t know what else to say and hung up on me! Ridiculous service! Hope he’s fired!

Shop was freezing, toilets were smelly and dirty, hardly any bread with no signs of more being prepped, 'manager' didn't know how to use the till. 2 staff with a queue of people, waited 20 minutes to be served then waited a further 5 to be asked which salad on my sub which made my toasted sub cold. More focusing on justeat orders. I think if you're understaffed then maybe turn off the justeat orders until more staff are available. Delivery drivers waiting ages too.

This place was disgusting, the staff were awful the food was worse, and as for hygiene it was filthy, and no we never eat the food we just binned after seeing what was presented to us, we will not be back and have a good mind to call Food Standard Agency and the environmental health. I remember a time when you could not beat a good subway not anymore this company is going down hill massively

Atmosphere was electric! I’ve never experienced a foot long quite like it. From the moment I walked in and the doorman took my jacket I knew I was in for an exquisite sandwich. While the sandwich was excellent, I have to say I was overwhelmed. Champagne and table service? Yeah, you read the right. Best day ever! (I’d give it 5 stars but I stood in dog poo outside) :(
Really rude old guy who doesn’t know how to speak to customers, also makes severely piss poor sandwiches. Guy acts as if he gives too much salad it comes out his wage.

Terrible!!! There is a super lazy guy who I seen before at the asda one, I thought 'oh no'. I was right enough, he couldn't even be bothered to actually put salad in the thing, he basically threw little bits here and there, I would say it was a mess, but there was hardly any ingredients, I left feeling hungry still. Boycott this subway, absolutely shameful. Took 20 mins, place was a mess. Who is managing these places...we pay good money there, and deserve better :/

Terrible!!! There is a super lazy guy who I seen before at the asda one, I thought 'oh no'.
