Atmosphere was electric! I’ve never experienced a foot long quite like it. From the moment I walked in and the doorman took my jacket I knew I was in for an exquisite sandwich. While the sandwich was excellent, I have to say I was overwhelmed. Champagne and table service? Yeah, you read the right. Best day ever! (I’d give it 5 stars but I stood in dog poo outside) :(

When you walk in there's a big cardboard stand advertising the subs bit this is in the way of the queue so people are having to skirt round it to order , banging into people who are already in queue being served.We ordered 2 Tuna Kahunas, they were packaged in these flat cardboard sandwich holders, worst change in packaging ever, it ended up that the package squeezes down the sub turning it onto a panini, as well as sauce oozing out.Be honest, probably won't be back.

I actually can't understand who has hired the guys who are adding toppings to subs just now. (19/11/22 12.40pm) Ladies are sweating behind the counter to minimise the que and the guys are relaxing...They aren't capable of remembering more than one topping on the delivery ticket, struggle to read it, struggling to understand the customer, droppings knives on the floor and doesn't know what to do with it.
