Excellent Polish cooking. I have not tasted Żurek like this since my grandmother died. Very much enjoyed the meal and will certainly visit again when next In Edinburgh. Only criticism? The portion was too large, so I did not have room for the Polish cheesecake. Next time!
I had wanted to visit this restaurant for ages as I really enjoy polish food and I was not disappointed! We had a drink in the pub first and then went into the restaurant which is next door. The staff were lovely and friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. The menu had so many dishes that I wanted to try that it was hard to choose but I went for the zurek followed by the potato pancakes with beef goulash. A comfortable place that provides delicious ? food. Waiter are friendly and playful, food is a bit like Northeastern Chinese food, affordable and plentiful. 9/10, would be great if there was Polish music.
