Bit of a mixup today but quickly sorted customer service was fantastic not naming anyone ( angie) superb as always 5 stars for customer service (Angie) and another 5 stars for food quality. Well done

What the hell has happened to Tony's? Ordered food, went to shop, away for 10mins, came back, waited 10 mins and still not ready! Was only a fish supper. Too much focus on deliveries, not enough on face to face customers. Don't know who was doing the frying and what was up with him but his mind definitely wasn't on the job and the way he spoke to the lasses that work there was appalling. Walked out. Lost a good customer.
