Beautiful place for a pub lunch. The food was delicious. The service we had was polite and friendly. Best fish and chips I've had in a long time, plus you get a breaded option, which I took. No oil or grease anywhere! They do smaller portions, less food waste. Starters and desserts looked lovely, too.
Great atmosphere, busy, with the log fire roaring when we visited, which was ideal for a typically freezing Scottish day. Obviously had a very nice upgrade, looking fresh and very tastefully decorated throughout....its definitely the local pub, everyone wishes they had.Fish and chips was great, as was the Steak Pie.Mosaic Brewery, the brewed on site beer was lovely too. So good, I want to move to Fintry! We took a slight detour on our normal route from east to west and happened across this gem of a pub. It's just frikkin awesome and John was there to tell us all about what they are doing to make it a warm, inclusive, friendly, happy place in the community. One of the best pubs Ive ever been to, incredible food and like I said, I'd move to Fintry to have this place as my local. 5 stars ain't enough! Bravo, guys! Onwards and upwards!
