Both of us had a fantastic 10 course menu here. The stories on the menu about each course were good to read and refer to as each course came to the table. Each and every course was really well presented and super tasty. The extras added to the £40pp for 10 courses, being sourdough bread and scallops, both very nice too. Fantastic experience and great value for money. Food was faultless and the 10 courses left you feeling a very nice level of full (we didn’t opt for the bread or scallops, both at a supplement). The staff were very nice and friendly and you could see the small team was working hard as to attend to all guests. This was the best meal I have eaten in the UK. From start to finish the staff were excellent, attentive but not overly involved which I like. We had the trust taster menu which at £25 was ridiculously good value given the quality of food, skill and presentation. We got a sheet of paper whereby you had to guess what each course was (we had been asked if we had any allergies/hates ) and that's what we did.
