Fantastic community pub. Lovely and helpful staff who work tirelessly in a very busy environment. Plenty of large televisions located throughout with various sports on display.A beautiful beer garden is a must during the summer. The newly refurbished WiFi is excellent and adds to an already fantastic experience in a really friendly and welcoming pub.
Great pub ,visited it years ago . Glad I revisited friendly and efficient staff . Beer garden available. And icebreaker pale ale on draft, another great visit ,staff doing well

Been coming to Armstrongs for a few years now, and always recommend it whenever I'm in the area. Now that I'm back this way studying, I'm sure it'll be the new local once again. So handy having it right across the road from College. Love that it has two pool tables as well. Decent wee place ?
