Got 2 fish uppers to carry out-one very small piece of fish each, small portion of fish and 2 cans of Fanta cost £28. I have used many times before when there had been no issues with portion size. Company obviously trying to maximise profit
Food was mediocre at best, was disappointed as this was meant to be a nice place to visit according to reviews. Maybe we had a bad day for the staff as the service wasn't the best at all, had to wait 30 minutes before I decided to hunt someone down to ask for my child's ice cream. Found all staff behind the counter standing on their phones while we sat there waiting to be served. Bit over priced for what you get, I think I paid about £9 for a couple bits of tempura chicken. Similar to our experience in Catch West End, our visit to the Giffnock branch was wonderful. Excellent food and delicious food. The tempura prawn was amazing, and the battered chips, wow! It's no doubt my favourite fish and chips restaurant in Scotland.
