My wife and I only pooped in for coffee, so I decided I would try the new KitKat latte. I requested no cream but got it anyway, if you are going to ask at least read the order before serving.

Came in during lunch, was pretty packed and super busy. Order went pretty easy, went to sit but was asked to wait next to the counter. In the end I ended up with my half of the order and the order of someone else, we managed to resolve this without Costa being involved. The drinks were good but perhaps hire more people if it's a struggle to keep up, it isn't fair to your staff who are great.

Been a customer for a decade atleast of not more. The moment the new bigger location for the store was opened, I knew it was going to be a winner. I worked at the fort for many years and Costa was my choice for hot drinks. With the exception of 2 times my coffee was always made to perfection.
