My visit here today was a trip down memory lane and a real blast from my past. I worked as a waitress here 40 years ago when I was 16 years old! It was lovely to see Leonora and Marissa and recognise them instantly. Their parents would be SO proud of them, knowing how they had continued and developed their family business. Never sat down and ate here before so decided to go for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I mean it's pretty tight for seating but this leads to a lovely, friendly atmosphere. Attentive, happy staff made it even better and the food... I had Italian sausage, cannelloni beans with egg on a bit of bread and it was delicious. Full of flavour and tasty. The cakes looked good too but I didn't try. Would defo go back.

I've known this place for many years. (Even when it was the chippy). The lunch and breakfast food is amazing. You can not beat the food. Service is quick and efficient. That's what you need during lunch service. Great for sit in or takeaway. You can always sneak a wee table somewhere so don't be put off going in if it looks busy.
