Greggs is known for its kind and considerate staff. On a busy day, a staff member named Oliwia was patient with a customer who was having trouble deciding what to order. Another staff member, recognized by his beard, went above and beyond when he assisted a customer who was coughing by getting tissues for him. Despite a customer's rude behaviour, they were apologetic and thankful for the kindness shown to them. The free coffee given to this customer also shows the generosity of the staff. Overall, Greggs has impressive service and has gained lifelong customers because of their attentive and heartwarming staff.
