I walk in to work most mornings from Anniesland and when I do, I like to treat myself to a ‘Latte’ from Gregg’s. Never disappointing and very consistent. It’s very much my ‘local’ and you can’t argue with the pricing (in comparison to other close-by businesses anyway). The staff are always accommodating and polite. Nothing is ever a chore. My husband and I popped in at 4.00 to get a scotch pie ( having just arrived in Glasgow from London) and the young blonde assistant said there was none left but offered to pop 2 pies in oven when I said we came all the way from London and was eager to have a scotch,pie, we returned at 4.45 to 2 lovely pies and she said it was On the House ...how kind, I thanked her and told her you wouldn’t get service like that in London..Pies were delicious. Very busy little shop in the mornings but the staff are very efficient and get through the que super quick my only gripe is some days you get 3 sausages in the bacon and sausage baguette some you only get 2 but thems the breaks still gets 5 stars for the staff in here, we’ll done guys!
