Was waiting to order my food at KFC and I could see a young girl stacking the fridge when another female member of staff wearing glasses screamed at the girl to serve not asked but screamed at the girl and made the girl upset to much that she stated to cry while taking my order.I was not making any complaints about waiting until the girl had finished doing the job she was already doing so there was absolutely no need for the other member of staff wearing the glasses to scream...read full review

Staff member started screaming at me for standing in front of the bin… ridiculous behaviour from an employee, there was no reason for it at all, i’d have happily moved for them if they spoke to me politely

i went to this kfc last monday and was and was very pleased to be served by Melvin, he reassured me that my food was on it’s way despite how busy it was and being at the front himself. Even when it was busy the staff on shift that night still made everyone feel welcomed :)
