We went to the drive thru and had to wait for 20 mins to get to the pay window only to be told that we needed to wait a further 25 minutes to get our food. God only knows what was going on that night, but we weren't hanging around any longer to find out. It's an absolute joke and won't be back.
Went in for lunch on Saturday 29th Oct. The place was filthy. All staff were working behind the counter with nobody allocated to clean tables or empty the bins. All the available tables were laden with previous customers leftovers and the bins were overflowing. We cleared a table and wiped it clean before eating. The food was good but we won't use these premises again. Photos attached.

On 9th Nov I ordered 2 filet box meals at drive throug the drinks were over filled and as we had to wait in a bay for part of the order to.be.made they spilled all over my.legs and car seat I had to empty some out we were not given straws and when i brought the spillage up with the person who brought our meal she just walked away the service is poor and the staff dont seem to care .
