Visited our family here, as we're aren't from the area, food was delivered fairly quicker however the chips looked recooked and re heated and were hard. The sliced chicken dinner was dry and looked microwaved and my mother in-law had curly fries that were hard and cold. I ordered my father in law. cod and chips and got a fish cake dispite paying for a piece of cod. Terrible customer service and delivery times but good food… just don’t order online OR get it delivered! I don’t usually bad review places, especially when I have been a customer for as long as I have, but last night was ridiculous and it’s made me really annoyed so feel I have to review on here to see if they take notice as they didn’t listen to my complaints on the phone last night. This Chinese is great. You really have no idea about dire takeaways if you complain about this place. There are new servers to help with the communication barrier and its a lot better now, I think it was just the chef and his wife before.
