The staff are lovely here. It's the layout of the restaurant that marks them down.Lots of small tables butted up against each other, when we were there 2 people had 3 of the tables! Customers were walking away as no where to sit.
The great thing about Starbucks, it's familiar and safe. You know what to expect and when I travel or get tired it's a bit like my mums cooking, sure it's not winning a Michelin star but it's hitting the spot and doing the job.Plus the staff always seem genuinely happy to work there and that is a game changer in my customer experience.

Friendly staff, nice coffee as usual! There are quite a number of tables but all occupied on a Saturday afternoon, maybe because it is getting a but cold in September! We sat outdoor at the end and it wasn't that bad. Long queue for drive-thru though.
