The staff are always very friendly, helpful and professional to the point of remembering my name and my usual beverage. The establishment is always clean and tidy including the toilet and outside seated areas.. Leadership is apparent from the shift supervisors as quality service is 24/7. I live locally and am now retired so having a Starbucks nearby is a real bonus ! Well done to all the staff at Hillington! !Parking: Always available.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids. Makes for friendly atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is accessible as is the tront door and access to seated areas is more than adequate. I recognize the importance of this because I was a nurse for over 25 yrs

Literally the best Starbucks in Scotland. We always get Just Eat from here because it comes piping hot and strong.I’ve rarely had a weak coffee or misorder from here and they always respect my dietary concerns.Lovely staff and great coffee.If I was to express it as a Haiku:Piping hot and strong,Respect for my diet needs,Lovely staff brews joy.

Was very busy and very little seats and most staff seemed to be more interested in the drive through orders or justeat orders and had to wait on queue for service for 2 coffees to sit

This Starbucks is well placed for drive thru traffic going in and out of the Industrial Estate as well as from the M8 motorway. There is a good amount of free parking and the unit itself is clean. It’s smaller inside than many others but it still has a fair numbers of tables and chairs. It’s standard Starbucks fare - so it’s good. The service was very friendly.
Such a good Starbucks and great customer service. Me and my boyfriend went and Paula was amazing so lovely and funny. Every Starbucks should have a Paula.
