I was greeted and seated promptly by my waiter Paul who explained about the meal deal of the day and gave a great recommendation for the food - and I was amazed at how good the menu was for vegetarians.I travel a lot and I was here for work and I was blown away by how spoilt for choice I was for great vegetarian options. The staff were welcoming, professional and so helpful!I had booked a table for 15 people flying celebrate my birthday and I had friends cancel last minute which meant I only needed a table for 6 people.The staff were so understanding and reassured me it was all ok.My friend slept and I had a lovely meal and enjoyed the restaurant and atmosphere.The table service was amazing and we will all be going back again very soon!My friends said they will tell their own friends to go there...read full review

Pub is table service only so no where to get a beer while waiting for a table. Best to book in advance. Went there on a Saturday night since we were staying at the premier inn opposite. Reasonably good selector beers, and a wide selection of food on the menu. Service was good, and fast which did feel a bit like they wanted you out to get the table for someone else
