The staff are always very friendly, helpful and professional to the point of remembering my name and my usual beverage. The establishment is always clean and tidy including the toilet and outside seated areas.. Leadership is apparent from the shift supervisors as quality service is 24/7. Literally the best Starbucks in Scotland. We always get Just Eat from here because it comes piping hot and strong.I’ve rarely had a weak coffee or misorder from here and they always respect my dietary concerns.Lovely staff and great coffee.If I was to express it as a Haiku:Piping hot and strong,Respect for my diet needs,Lovely staff brews joy.
