Just quick update as I've been going in a little more often recently! Staff have been uniformly friendly and chatty when they've had the time (i.e. not mid-lunch rush). They're also generous with the jalapeños when asked, which is a major plus point for me. Note that this is a take-away branch only - it's very small and has no seating whatsoever, inside or out. Alison must have been having bad hair day when she wrote that review, because this is easily one of the best and cleanest Subways in Glasgow, I live nearby and have bought my lunch there several times per week since it opened. ...in fact I'm going there now to buy my dinner, only noticed these reviews when checking the opening times.

Great staff at this particular branch though now losing a star as it looks like they've got rid of all the proper soft drinks - it's now all awful diet stuff from the dispenser, so I won't be upgrading to a meal again.
