Their whiskey tours are great and held by a professional and kind crew. They show all the steps of how they make their Whiskey, contrasting with other places as well. Full disclosure that I am not a whiskey drinker at all, my husband is, but I joined him on the tour. We purchased tickets for the Tour and Whiskey pairing with chocolate. It was amazing. Our guide Cara did a phenomenal job of being engaged and fun while she walked us through the distilling process and tasting, but she was also very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job.The distillery tour is small but very modern and welcoming. I had a visit here today as I was in the area visiting the Transport Museum. Was very pleasantly surprised to find there was a Distillery close by, so being a whisky lover I had to have a look. After a chat with one of the staff I had a sample of some Orkney 15 year old, I subsequently purchased a bottle and was given a sample of Stobcross lowland to try at home.Both were delightful, I will be in again soon for another bottle of each.
