Emailed the company and sent the video … they are not interested and didn’t reply .., I will not be back

Very poorly managed and some dodgy practices. Food is very average and fairly expensive. Virtually nothing is priced so you have no idea what anything costs apart from sandwiches and drinks.when buying your food they ask if you would like coleslaw, they don't tell you it's extra and it's almost £1 for a desertspoonful. But there is not much choice here at the Gretna Gateway so they don't have to try too hard.

Jus a short stop for a bit of essential shopping at Gretna and we couldn’t go past this restaurant for a coffee and a spot of lunch. Other than COVID restrictions nothing much has changed over the years. Food was very nice, Latte was good and prices were very keen. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit, til the next time keep up the good work.

My friends and I had an excellent coffee and food when we were here on a Coach Trip. My friends had a ham and cheese baguette and I had lemon meringue pie. All absolutely delicious. Also Flat White was very good. Very well laid out venue and plenty to choose from. Would thoroughly recommend.

Went to visit here today upon going in didn't spot the small notice on a table stating to wait to be shown to a table and the male within here very very rude shouts to wait at the table till shown to table. To which case my mother in law left here refusing , yes perhaps should have waited but small signs ain't easy to spot and on top of this the staff member using an agressive tone telling to wait back no need at all will certainly not be returning to this place ever again and do not reccomend it at all times are tough for all fully get that but no need for an agressive tone bit of manners does not cost much. I do not like to leave bad reviews for anyone and always look for the positive in places sadly this is not a place that o cam do this for all my reviews have always been genuine and honest and straight to the point shame on this establishment and member of staff letting a little power goes to his head ?

Very nice place to visit but not if you are in a hurry. Took between 15 and 20 mins to get to till and there was only two couples before us. However coffee was brilliant and baked potato with filling and salad scrumptious. Sausage roll looked home made and popular. Need to get service quicker especially when busier or you will lose custom.

Visited this coffee shop many times in the past however on this occasion very disappointing. Ordered 2 soups and child's lunch box with two coffees. The soup was meant to be cauliflower cheese. It came and was Luke warm and as thin as tap water. We didn’t eat it and when I moved the two bowls of soup to an empty table that was being wiped by a member of staff I commented to her that the soup was Luke warm and far too thin. I was not even acknowledged? Surely as part of customer service the member if staff should have either apologised or offered to rectify. It was very busy so I didn’t take it any further but I won’t be back that’s for sure!

Popped in to grab a sandwich to go today with my Mum. Service was terrible, waited 20 min in a queue to pay as the person on till was also making coffees. She did not acknowledge the long queue, attempt to ask someone else for help or apologise for the wait. Sandwiches were not worth the 3.80 each, would have been better going to subway.

I visited here with my mum whilst looking around the outlet village. Neither of us have eaten here before. We wanted a light bite as we were going out for an evening meal so picked here as it was half way down the main reservation and looked suitably 'cafeish'. You queue up to view the food, place your order and pay. You then get given a table number to go and sit down. It's not very clear WHERE you order food though. Three members of staff were all stood around chatting by the sandwich counter (all pre-packed) so we moved down to the till after deciding what we wanted to order but were told quite abruptly to go back and order at the sandwich area. Hmmm... Anyway, my mum ordered a brie and bacon pannini but they had sold out. The sandwiches and panninis are all pre-made and sat in cabinets that you order from so once it's gone, it's gone. She ordered a jacket potato instead with tuna mayonnaise. I ordered soup and a roll. The food didn't take long to come (jackets are already cooked and warming in the machine and the soup is ready to be served). My soup was suprisingly tasty and my roll was warm which was nice. The butter portion was straight from the fridge though so rock hard. Thank goodness the roll was warm so the butter melted quickly! My mum said her jacket potato was okay but she didn't get any butter so was quite dry. The flat white she ordered was way to strong and didn't look like it barely had milk in! There is plenty of seating and although I can imagine it gets very busy in Summer and at Christmas, we had no problem getting a seat mid-week in October. My food was nice, but the service was rather abrupt and bordering on rude. It was okay, that's all I can really say.

Visited this cafe yesterday, this was one of the worst cafes I have been in. There was seven staff behind the counter and I felt as though I was invisible. Not one member of staff spoke to customers as they where all to busy speaking to each other. They appeared to not know what to do and seriously require some training in customer service. Coffee was nice when I eventually got it. The toastie came with side salad if you could call it that some not fresh looking lettuce with a bit of dressing on top and that was it. Overall not a pleasent experience and will not be rushing back.
