Travelled from Newcastle family were hungry stopped off at Gretna Green in for a pizza the chef's who were on were amazing the pizzas were brilliant and the staff were attentive to our needs and polite would definitely recommend Gretna Green pizza expess food great

Shocking service and overpriced food. A 90p can of coke is £3.55.
Waited for 10 minutes with 3 waitresses totally ignoring us at the door. Two came to the reception area where we were stood and ignored us as well. We took our custom elsewhere. Appalling customer service.

We had a lovely meal here this evening. As a family with 3 kids we always head to Pizza Express as the food is excellent and prices are reasonable - the set menu for the kids is especially excellent, and they love the colouring sheets/activities that are always provided. Wanted to say a special thank you to the staff though: they were very attentive and friendly, and extremely patient and good humoured with my 3 indecisive children!
