“We went to The Denholm Meet at lunchtime on a weekday. First of all, they do not have customer parking and finding a parking spot was a little difficult. The interior is very nice with lovely old style decor. It is a Cafe/Restaurant but it felt more like a cafe along with a restaurant meal menu. There is a good selection of Italian dishes on offer although the prices are quite steep. However, the food was superb. Service was nice but a bit hurried. Overall, it was very good.”

“Very nice café with a good selection of food, we appreciated the table Service as it was a particularly busy time when we arrived with a big queue at the till. However, when it was time to pay, we had to then join a big queue at the till. We were quite surprised that they were prepared to take our order from the table but would not take payment from the table.”

“This is really a MUST GO in Hawick, at least as a guest in Hawick. We found this place by accident, since its in a side way. Totally lovely café place, delicious chocolate cake. And the ambient is just cozy and you want to spend your rainy day there. Since its raining a lot in Scotland, you want to spend you whole day there.”

“Lovely café, stopped here for a quick lunch. The two tables by the front are dog friendly. They have highchairs and good options for children. I had the lentil soup which was lovely. They have a few vegan options which is nice. The staff were friendly, would return.”

“Just coffee and a scone. The coffee was very acid tasting - not to my palate. The scone was good though.”
