Order arrived very quickly which is good. However, chips were re fried so not nice at all. Burger was good but only warm. Chip portions were small. And had a bottle of pop within the order which I didn’t order. I thought it was free because we spent over £50 but it was charged.

Was very good at start, but ordered meals, with requests for sauces that were no correct, not hot wanted sweet, portion was small not large, Quality as dropped, this as happened previously, just never improves or goes back to being good. Can't recommend anymore, as other better fastfood available, even need to always remind about the special freebie to be included, yet shows on menu, never offered when calling, so you can miss out. Really choose another.

I've been getting takeout from here for years and could never complain bout chicken kebab, on the past two times I've ordered the chicken kebabs I've ended up putting them in the bin the chicken was disgusting. Don't know if they've changed their supplier but I'm not going to order from there again.

Hour and a half later waiting for food to get delivered and they haven't even got the food wrapped yet and they only have 1 driver (Again)Also had a problem with comping the delivery despite being late2nd time I've had this problem with emIf you want a good chippy go to caspians it's cheaper actually tastes better and dosent take over an hour and a half to get to you

Waiting times for delivery Fri / Sat/ Sun are ridiculous. App says 60mins.. okay give or take but now sitting at 2 hours…. Friday eve - delivery’s are so busy but yet the car can be sat outside the shop for 10/15mins?? Waiting for next one… Excuse is “We’ve only one driver tonight” …

Would NEVER eat here again. Was waiting for my sausage supper meal. Then watched them drop a bunch of sausages on the floor for them to then chuck them straight into the batter then fry them.If you like the taste of their floor then this is the place for you. If not steer clear!!!

Food was ok ( a little expensive) however when delivery arrived they added another £2.50(which was not mentioned on site or email confirmation) saying because we weren't in Hawick . We had a Hawick postal address and were 1.7mile from the shop so had to pay £5 (if you live in Hawick but the other side of town which could be 2mile you pay £2.50) ...

First time used this takeaway and was blown away. The pizza ordered was fantastic. Fish supper that was brought was divine. Staff were friendly and didn't rush customers to order their meals. Service was with a smile and the atmosphere was very nice and friendly
