Went there ordered an 8x piece chicken 2xportions of gravy and 2 portions of fries as carry out found the pieces of chicken were dry batter seemed to be over cooked and quite hard inedible,difficult to get teeth into, over cooked or reheated, fries were cold and gravy tasteless no more for us bring on home?

Absolute joke of a KFC, stood for between 5 and 10 minutes waiting to be served. Then the employee didn't help as they all started basically arguing about who was on the till to then hear "Craig's on the till and he's out having a smoke", then got my order wrong 3 times, made my order all meals when I didn't ask for meals, asked for a 12 piece bucket but got a party bucket, then forgot my drinks. Never been so frustrated, place seemed to be run by school kids on work experience. Worst experience in any fast food restaurant I've ever had.

Last couple of meals have been awful. Food missing. Refusing to change a hot wing for a fillet... can't really see the issue with that kind of request. We don't go here all the time just every so often but probably not again.

It was cold inside, and there was no soap in the restroom.. The food was good ? and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Food is delicious, but tonight not Happy, with just chicken legs in my order & I never got the bit of chicken I ordered on top ?

Great place. We often either sit in or take away. The restaurant is nice and clean however not the toilets. They quite often have a strong offensive smell.

This is the second time I paid for food that I have not received. Instead of triple gravy bucket I’ve received double. Drive through is highly not recommended otherwise you check your bag in the dark in car.

Think they threw a bucket of salt on the meal plus missing half items. Inedible waste of money. Staff rude and absolutely unhelpful.
