This Premier Inn is the best we have stayed at, staff first class, lovely and friendly. Rooms good, we stopped in Premier plus, perhaps a little mean on towels. The meals were excellent, didn’t need to eat out, well done to breakfast and dinner chefs. This Premier Inn is so well placed walkable to centre of Inverness, but buses on Millburn Road very regular, you don’t have to wait long. So well done Premier Inn, Millburn Road, Inverness. I had such a great experience at this site. The room was clean and very comfortable. I stayed 2 nights. 16/11/2023 and 17/11/2023.The first night I hadn't booked and was having problems booking online. It was not accepting my credit card even though there was plenty of money to cover the booking. Overnight stay. Asked the restaurant team to take a photo at dinner as it was our anniversary, 40+ years. When we went to pay the bill they presented us with champagne and chocolates, lovely surprise, many thanks Premier Inn.
