Absolutely LOvE the staff Aimee and Anna were so helpful and very nice!!! It’s nice to have Happy people make your stay and morning great. Thank you for a wonderful stay!Rooms: The room was cozy and comfortable, the only thing I needed was a fan or ventilation in the bathroom. But other then that a very cozy room.Walkability: You can get to a pub, sit down restaurant or shopping by walking. Perfect location!Noteworthy details: All the staff were amazingly friendly and happy to help with anything, that definitely makes a stay where you would come back to!!!

We had an 'itison' deal, which gave us DB&B and a bottle of wine.We upgraded to a Privilege Room (504), and asked for a room on a high floor overlooking the river, which we got- thank you.happy with the size of the room, large spacious bed and a 2 seater sofa, however the bathroom was very compact, which was disappointing.Everything was spotlessly clean, complementary water, coffee pod machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers, however no iron and ironing board. The room could do with a couple of more sockets and an additional floor lamp in the seating area as this was dark.Dinner was in the restaurant and was absolutely delicious, a good menu to choose from.Breakfast was included, buffet style and was exceptional,Overall I would stay again and recommend the hotel.

We were staying with a touring company. They brought our luggage up all the way to the room. We also had amazing dinner service with Iain and Lauren. Lauren joked around a lot with us.

Iain and Lauren were are servers at dinner. They were polite, quick and attentive to our needs. Both had charming personalities which made out interactions with them enjoyable. I would recommend eating at the restaurant and if you want to “up” your experience, request either Iain or Lauren as your server.
