Absolutely LOvE the staff Aimee and Anna were so helpful and very nice!!! It’s nice to have Happy people make your stay and morning great. We had an 'itison' deal, which gave us DB&B and a bottle of wine.We upgraded to a Privilege Room (504), and asked for a room on a high floor overlooking the river, which we got- thank you.happy with the size of the room, large spacious bed and a 2 seater sofa, however the bathroom was very compact, which was disappointing.Everything was spotlessly clean, complementary water, coffee pod machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers, however no iron and ironing board. We were staying with a touring company. They brought our luggage up all the way to the room. We also had amazing dinner service with Iain and Lauren. Lauren joked around a lot with us.
