I really enjoyed the fish and chips , it was probably one of the few places that does not do beer-batter fried fish that is not Halal for Muslim customersIt is family-friendly.The staff was really nice and accomodatingVegetarian options: The fish was fried in vegetable oil and not in beer-batter like most pubs in Scotland / England , making it Halal ( Muslim-friendly )

Arranged a family meal and called with short notice, staff member we spoke to was really helpful and explained they were very busy but would squeeze us in, on arrival the same member of staff we spoke to showed us to our table and the service we received was excellent along with the food!Will definitely be back after a really good family meal, thanks from all of us! ?????

Been before,food delicious but sadly, on this occasion ,vegetables on chicken sizzler were overcooked and burnt onto the serving dish. (Although chicken was really tasty. ) .My pork rib was very tasty. Passed our comments onto the kitchen.Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian options but when I inquired ,chef would obligingly provide me a dish not on the menu.

Really nice looking pub & restaurant, with a really good menu. Staff were really nice and friendly.Food was okay - we were really hungry so went for main and dessert. Chips were a bit cold but the meat was nice.Service was slow but they were busy and I don't think they had a lot of staff working.

Service was very good. Prompt and friendly. Atmosphere typical. Nothing exceptional, but spacious and comfortable. Food was okay. Steak was a bit tough, but chicken double stack was very tasty. Surprised when a pub/restaurant had a coffee machine, but no milk or cream. (?)Edit: Owner response says milk machine, but server told me they had none. Would've been nice not having to pour coffee I paid for down the drain. Still, would go again. Appreciate the follow comments.

Have been coming years with my family for christmases, new year, and Saturday and Sunday football games. Atmosphere is fantastic. Food and service is normally top notch.

We ordered food after having already ordered drinks. (The drinks took quite some time to come out to the table). As we wanted some modifications to the items we ordered we went up to the bar to order and had to confirm our order with the waitress 4 times before we paid. We waited an hour and there was no food forthcoming so we complained, just as we did that a waitress brought out our food, only to find that the modifications we had asked for had been completely ignored, (one was to swap out vegan cheese to normal cheese and the other was to only have one piece of chicken in the cluck stack burger or whatever they call it, instead of two as my wife didn’t think she could eat all of it and didn’t want to have to take it home). When the wrong food did eventually come out, it wasn’t complete, they were missing a couple of sides of fries and the food was not hot. It didn’t look appetising so we asked and got a full refund. I have never had such appalling service in terms of the wait times anywhere. Maybe it was just a fluke but I’m not going back. Also we overheard just as we left that a couple who was also getting a refund was accidentally charged again instead of getting a refund so they had to be refunded twice… I think it needs to be renamed to fawlty towers… and I’m serious! I did also hear that the staff they had were brought in from Glasgow as they were so short staffed but still, if they were short staffed then just shut the kitchen instead of keeping people eating for food that may never arrive. Out of 8 of us at the table we all got a full refund…

Food was unbeatable, staff were pleasant, had a cosy atmosphere, would recommend.Maybe not for dates though unless you're a pub kinda person.
I had a mixed grill there and it was great, service was great and the atmosphere was brilliant. Thanks to the staff there, i annoyed my time there.

Family friendly pub. Food tasted excellent and service by friendly and knowledgeable staff was great.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu with many options. My kids really liked the chicken burger.Parking: Behind the building. Not many places. And be careful not to block the entrance ramp for those less mobile.

We tried to get dinner as a walk-in, and the woman at the bar rudely stated that without a reservation we could not eat there. I should have known better at that point to go back but decided to try again, regretfully.The following night, we made a reservation and arrived early. We were seated at our table and sat there for 30 minutes before noticing a qr code to scan on the table to order our food and drinks. Had that been the only way to order, it would have been nice to be informed of that when we were seated.Once we placed our order through the link, we waited 30 more minutes before getting any appetizers. After completely finishing any appetizers, we were asked if we were ready for main dishes, which took an additional 20 minutes. We were never asked how any of our food was. We had to track down waiters for any questions.We were billed incorrectly, and upon realization, we were offered items in their place rather than refunding the cost.My main dish was bland, the salt shaker on our table didn't work. Onion rings were soggy.We finished our food and left with no words from anyone after our main dishes were given to us.I am very disappointed in the food and service. Overall 1 star, because I have to. The appetizers were the only thing enjoyable from the food.
