This is a great hotel. Unfortunately, we were located in the Kingsclub and our room was right next to the road. If you want to be away from the road and close to the pool and other facilities, ensure you request a room in the main building. Staff were all brilliant especially Pam on reception and Emma in the lounge/restaurant.Service on our 3rd night was awful, there was a big event on. The manager credited our food/drinks for that day, which was nice but this shouldn't happen....read full review
Fantastic, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff are always working with a smile, friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was top class, the bar food and snacks were brilliant. The pool, steam and sauna was a fantastic experience. The gym, the equipment was old but was enough to get your workout done. Will definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Inverness, Scotland.
We keep returning to the Kingsmills Hotel year after year because the service is amazing and the rooms are spacious for families. We have already rebooked for next year and cannot wait to return!Food & drinks: We had dinner at the restaurant where the food was delicious. Highly recommended it.
