“There are some moments in life where you sit there and wonder how certain things are possible. Sometimes they are wonderful and sometimes they are unfortunate. The flavors achieved in the dishes at Loch Bay are the most wonderful! Flavors that evolved and lasted, grabbing all of your attention and forcing you to live life through your senses with each bite. My wife and I couldn't talk about anything but the food with each new dish that came out. The core ingredients were familiar, but the explosion of flavors achieved with them were completely new territory for my palate. And as a Sommelier, that is super fun! Wines were fantastic as well. We just did champagne (which never fails) and a bottle, but the selection was interesting and just different enough provide the right spin without being too alienating for your average wine drinker. Bravo Chef and Staff, we cannot wait to come back!”
