Im a big fan of the independent micropub concept. Found this one to be a cosy place in nice setting and with outdoor seating, in the main Kelso square. Food choices yummy but limited, and a decent pint to wash it down! Will happily return.

Great little pub on the town square. Friendly staff, good beer and bar food.

An excellent pint of pale ale and pork pie to die for

Rutherford Pub, the first verified micro pub in Scotland which opened in 2015. good range of beers (cask, bottle, can) and variety of spirits and soft drinks such as tea & coffee. Beers included Highlander and Rapture. A limited amount of food is available such as cheese board, nuts & pastries. As a micro pub seating is limited however plenty of seats are available outside (weather permitting). Overall, nice place to visit and try new drinks but limited if you are looking for more common drinks.Parking: Limited parking due to central location but can be found in the largely pedestrianised are in the town.

Lovely little bar with a good selection of craft beers and other drinks. Small outside seating area, dog friendly inside and out, thanks.

A fabulous little haven in the middle of Kelso with a stunning array of bottled beers, tinned beers, wine, gin and cask ales, a perfect spot for a wee rest and a wee refreshment.

Class. Little gem hidden in the heart of Kelso.Whether it's a random Wednesday and some locals turn up with instruments or it's a boiling hot Saturday afternoon and you need to wet your whistle, you are guaranteed a good time if Luke, Ange or Paul are about!Recently added some cracking food and bar snacks to their repertoire so it's your one stop shop for GREAT Real Ale, some blinding bottled Lagers or some sumptuous red and white wines.Keep it up guys, best boozer in Kelso!

Old man pub with beers for old men. Has the atmosphere of a flat roof pub from the 90s. Bottled selection is OK but taps are dull. Was expecting a bit more given previous reviews

My favourite place to grab a drink in Kelso! The outdoor area is so nice in summer. Great choice of drinks and service is very welcoming :)

This was a fun and friendly place with a good variety of drinks on offer. Cosy and welcoming with outdoor space and blankets for chilly evenings.
