First class superstore. All isle are clearly indicated. Very easy to get round. Lots on offer at good prices. Staff very professional and efficient and helpful and friendly covid aware. Great place will always haste ye back

I visited Asda Kilmarnock on 2 occasions over two weeks to pick up 9 bags garden chips on both occassions. Finding them too heavy to lift myself I requested assistance. On both occasions I was assisted by 2 different young males (to my regret I didn't get their names). Both are a credit to Asda. Very helpful and courteous. Lifting the heavy bags, taking them to the till for payment and loading them into my car. Thank you very much.

We had reason to shop at Asda Kilmarnock today and have to say we could not have been treated better by all the staff we spoke to. Euan went and found us an electric buggy as soon as we arrived. Each of the staff were incredibly helpful in directing us to what we were looking for. The lady at the till even packed our shopping as she enjoyed packing. Euan took our buggy back into the store once we were finished. Thank you for all your help
