I visited Asda Kilmarnock on 2 occasions over two weeks to pick up 9 bags garden chips on both occassions. Finding them too heavy to lift myself I requested assistance. On both occasions I was assisted by 2 different young males (to my regret I didn't get their names). Both are a credit to Asda. Very helpful and courteous. Lifting the heavy bags, taking them to the till for payment and loading them into my car. Thank you very much.
On the 11.06.23.i attended the store around 11am. I had a query at customer service. A staff member named gillian went above and beyond to help me. Thank you first class service thank you

First class superstore. All isle are clearly indicated. Very easy to get round. Lots on offer at good prices. Staff very professional and efficient and helpful and friendly covid aware. Great place will always haste ye back
