I enjoyed the strawberry and cream frappe which was first class . My companion had a black coffee which he enjoyed. The only disappointment was the cake it was a bit dry and pretty tasteless.

Used to love to come here with family until management decided to remove all the vegan food options. There's nothing my partner and I can have now so we can't return. Very disappointed that instead of cutting stock of the countless of meat options, the only vegan options have been removed - so it leaves those who have dietary requirements and allergies with no choice.

Coffee was severed quickly and at the correct temperature (I had asked for extra hot). My food was hot and fresh. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Staff are always very friendly and deal with the queue very well. Coffee is always exactly how you ask and never have reason to complain. Has lots of tables and a small area outside to sit for sunny days. Always feels clean and never any old cups etc left lying on tables.

Not a great Costa, maybe because there's not a lot of competition in Kilmarnock. Service was pretty slow, despite there not being a queue (I had a train to catch or I might not have minded) and the coffee was only OK and fairly pricy, after recent price rises. Not up to Costa's usual consistency, at least on the occasion I was there.
Always get my toast and cappuccino every Saturday Staff are pleasant and welcoming

I attend here regularly, it's Costa you know what you will get. Staff are very nice and helpful. Always clean and tidy. Only issue is always lots of people smoking at the seats outside.

This is well-situated in the centre of town and serves excellent coffee, snacks and tasty baking. All as expected from this well known brand.I've always enjoyed the quality of the products and have never been disappointed with their seasonal takes on my favourite source of caffeine!It's small, with tight aisles and not much space, but it does have indoor and outdoor seating.It's a ground-floor establishment with an accessible toilet downstairs but a hike upstairs for the others.The service is good, the staff friendly and efficient, and the cooler is always well stocked and impeccably clean.This is my go-to when shopping in Kilmarnock.My only caution would be the space issue for anyone with mobility issues.My advice would be - get takeout, and if the weather is decent, there are lots of great spots nearby to get a seat.
